Defence Against a Pushing Kick


 
 

 

Set 1

Move to the Open side and perform a switch half-turning kick to mid-section.

Set 2

Step to the Open side, chambering the non-stepping leg. Perform a side kick to the chest or head.

 

Set 3

Step to the Blind side, at close range, while slip-blocking the attacking leg.

Chamber your non-stepping leg, to stamp kick the attacker's standing leg / knee.


Set 4

Drop to the floor, to avoid the incoming kick.

Side kick to the standing leg / knee or to the now exposed groin.
